Enjoy a long weekend or an entire week in this beautiful newer Innsbrook A-frame, recently renovated for our guests’ delight. Nestled on a 3-acre property full of trees and wildlife, this very private deluxe chalet is the perfect setting for your next vacation. Lake Silvretta is just outside the door, great for fishing or simply a beautiful view while you enjoy your morning coffee. Originally built in 2009 and completely renovated in 2017, it is luxuriously outfitted for all of your getaway needs – whether you’re seeking a romantic escape or a weekend of fun with family and friends.
Our Waterside Cottage is a gorgeous dog-friendly chalet with 3 bedrooms including a main level guest room, an exquisite master suite, and a loft bunk room that kids love.
Guests find at the Waterside Cottage, they are not exactly roughing it! The cottage includes luxury furnishings, a beautiful kitchen, smart TV, WiFi, a gorgeous lake setting, complete privacy, and endless amenities. Sit on the dock or the deck, or even the master suite’s private screened in porch, and feel a part of nature in Innsbrook’s Audubon Sanctuary. Fish from the waterside dock or simply enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee lakeside. A large firepit area and outdoor game area (horseshoes, corn hole and more) is included for the whole family to enjoy the great outdoors together.
- The master suite is very private and luxe with its own en suite full bath, walk-in closet, screened-in treehouse porch, king bed, and television.
- An upstairs loft features two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids and teens, with an attached full bath.
- The main level offers another private bedroom and full bath, along with a laundry area. A Pack N Play is available for a $25 fee.
- The beautiful first-floor living room has amazing views and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for early spring, fall, and winter getaways.
- The kitchen is well-appointed and is ready for preparing meals for small or large gatherings.
- There is a gas grill on the deck.
Located at the end of a quiet road about 10 minutes from the resort’s main entrance, you will love the quiet and tranquility this year-round chalet has to offer.

It was a perfect getaway location for our non-profit’s board of directors to do some brainstorming and planning for the year. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 7. Loved the bunk room upstairs. We will definitely book again and would recommend to others looking for a quiet getaway.

The Waterside Cottage was such a great place to spend our family Christmas! The house was spacious and clean with stylish decor. We were particularly appreciative of the very well-stocked kitchen–we had no trouble cooking multiple meals with all the pots/pans/cookware/etc provided. Great view of the stars, beautiful/quiet neighborhood with great places to walk our dogs. We had a great time.

It’s hard to convey the true beauty of this property in photos! It really took our breath away in person. We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend, and the sleeping and bathroom arrangements could not have been more ideal for a crowded house of adults. The deck, kitchen, living room, lake, and awesome fire pit provided plenty of room to gather together and enjoy the beautiful scenery and stylish decor, with options to spread out and relax if we wanted alone time. Sarah’s chalet gave us a true glamping experience with the luxuries of home just steps away from a picturesque wooded setting. Waking up to the views in the king room were amazing, and I’m already missing my morning coffee on the dock trying to spot deer and listening to the birds around the secluded lake! I was grateful for such a well-stocked home with not only the essentials like bathroom and kitchen must-haves, but fun extras like books, games, roku tv, and cozy blankets. The fish food was a fun surprise that gave us a lot of laughs, too! Sarah could not have been more accommodating, and I really appreciated the detailed communication from her and her staff regarding amenities, driving directions, check out procedures etc. We would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!

Loved loved loved this chalet from Sarah! So well done! Sarah and her staff not only stock more than enough extras for you but they also go the extra step. It was my 50th and they had chocolates and Happy Bday waiting for me. They also are easy to get ahold of. You’ll be able to text and get an immediate response. There’s plenty to do even if it’s chilly outside. We hiked some trails, played bags-which they supplied, had an awesome fire in the huge fire pit , and played cards. The master has its own screened in balcony which was a nice touch! The lake is small but you have access to all of the lakes so that’s not a big deal. It’s very private too! I would stay there again for sure.

You don’t have to look any further. This place is amazing. The cabin in fully stocked, all you have to do is unpack and relax. The beds are comfy and there’s plenty of hot water. My family and I visited in the winter and even though it was cold and snowing we still had plenty to do. There are plenty of games to play by the fire or just relax and watch the deer that frolic and sleep right in front of the cabin. Communication is excellent, they even allowed us to stay later due to a snow storm and wanting us to be safe. This place really feels like home.
